SHIPPING:

All shipments are made through USPS age verification delivery unless to qualifying businesses. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Hope Hemp is not responsible for the cost of shipping products. Please verify that the cost is acceptable to you before placing an order. Refunds due to shipping cost will not be accepted. Refunds for any reason other than device malfunction will not be approved. Please read all tips and considerations for use inside of your box and follow instructions to ensure your device functions properly. Hope Hemp is not responsible for the strength or life of your battery when charged improperly.

Shipping Delays

We appreciate your understanding as we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. Carrier times vary due to the COVID protocols.

Some orders may be subject to additional verification which can cause slightly longer processing times. In the event your order requires additional verification, our staff will reach out to you via the phone number or email provided on the order. Please be patient as these procedures are put in place to provide an extra measure of security to both you and our business alike. Individual Orders

Orders typically ship from within 1-4 business days via USPS. If, after ordering, we discover an item is illegal in your state we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. Orders over 10 devices or when stock is low may have a processing time of 1-2 weeks

Wholesale Orders

Orders under 100 devices typically ship within 2-4 business days. For orders over orders of more than 250 units of any particular SKU, please call ahead for estimates on fulfillment. 99 percent of wholesale orders are completed within 7 business days. There are times where one particular item may hold up the rest of the order from being shipped in a timely fashion. When this happens we will reach out to you to alert you of the issue and allow you to choose how we move forward, which may include shipping the order in 2 shipments, refunding you the out of stock item, or some other mutually agreed-upon solution. Shipping is included for free on your order and we ship Priority USPS. If you’d like to upgrade to a different carrier or overnight shipping you can do so by paying the difference between the free method of shipping and the cost of your preferred method. FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY OFFERED TO WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS AND ORDERS MUST BE TAKEN OVER THE PHOEN AT THIS TIME. To request a change to standard shipping or place a wholesale order, please reach out to your sales rep at 901-2053675 or include the request and the details of your order in an email to [email protected] with WHOLESALE ORDER REQUEST in the subject. An invoice for the difference in shipping will be emailed to the email provided on your order and must be paid in order for shipping to take place. Note that non-payment may result in the delay of your order. Pickup and drop-off orders are not available unless approved on an individual basis and only for wholesale customers.

RETURNS: Return requests will be evaluated on an individual basis and only for manufacturer defect issues. Issues cause by incorrect use or charging will not be approved. Returns for shipping issues will not be approved. Please understand that we are a small business and USPS and shipping times are often outside of our control. We will make every effort to keep you updated through the process if any issues in timely order fulfillment occur, however request for refunds due to delayed delivery will not be approved.
